Meet Our Customer Care Teams
Whether your first contact with us is through our Communication Center or you need to speak to someone on our Marketing Team, we are here for you. These are the faces that go with the names on the other end of the phone or on the other side of the desk.
Marketing and Customer Care
Madison is our Marketing/Customer Care Associate. She is the team member to contact if you are interested in setting up a business relationship, setting up online scheduling, signing a contract, handling a concern or complaint, and giving kudos to any member of our team.

Madison started with Midwest as a wheelchair van driver in April of 2018, and started EMT classes at St. Vincent EMS Education in January of 2019. During class Madison picked up what shifts she could work in around class, and she started to help with marketing. Upon completion of class in July of 2019, Madision worked on an ambulance full time. Then in December of 2019 she assisted full time with marketing. Once Covid-19 started Madison switched back on the the ambulance. In July of 2020 Madison went back to marketing full time.
Our Dispatchers are the voices you hear on the other end of the phone when calling our station. They are happy to schedule and manage appointments, answer general questions, and put you in contact with our other team members.
